I bought the Patrol Bad from USA PeaceKeeper with the intention of using it to replace my range bag. My current bag has sush finale features as a broken zipper, a large tear for ventilation, broken D-ring to prevent the use of a shoulder strap, and a single large section that has the ability to absorb small tools and accessories, never to be seen again. Having been spoiled by this bag, I had my doubts that anything could replace it. Well, I was wrong. While my broken zipper allowed fast access, the Patrol Bag’s zipper is robust in its ability to do what zippers do and provides a sense of security that I just makes me feel safer when carrying a bag full of guns and ammunition. Next, the Patrol Bag does away with the easy to tear material, replacing it with a solid, heavy duty nylon that while ventless, has the awesome ability to actually hold stuff without pointy things peeking out to look around. It also features strong but light D-rings, providing the perfect place to attach a strap, some other strap, yet another strap, the possibilities are just endless. Finally, I am extremely pleased with various non-item-eating compartments. The outer pockets are holding spare AR magazines, boxes of ammo, cleaning tools, and various items that I’ll probably never use at the range. I was so impressed by this bag’s ability to not eat items that I put it to the test by putting the most easily lost item on the planet, a 10mm socket, into one of the pockets. I then set a timer for 72 hours to really verify it can resist the temptation to absorb it into the quantum realm. Result: after three days, the socket was still there. I’m fully impressed either the quality, function, and price of the Patrol Bag.
